Beautiful, inclusive and sustainable neighbourhoods for communities · HORIZON-IA · TRL 5 to 7 · Needs partners
What this call funds
This call funds projects that develop and test at least two building solutions for keeping indoor spaces comfortable in heat without relying on energy intensive air conditioning. Solutions should draw on vernacular knowledge, nature based design, bioclimatic principles or frugal innovation, and must be demonstrated on real buildings, including one heritage building, in two different climate zones in two countries. The goal is to cut life cycle emissions and costs while making comfort solutions accessible and attractive to everyone, including vulnerable groups.
