You have found the call. We write it with you.

We write the proposal, following your vision and your project concept. You keep the technology, and the final word on everything that goes in.

    02 How the engagement runs

    1. Step 1

      Reach out to our team

Is your company a fit for EU grants? Which programmes give you strong chances of being funded? Is now the right time to apply? Reach out to us to find out.

    2. Step 2

      Let's talk

If we see a potential fit, we set up a free 30-minute call: we introduce the grant programmes, hear about your company, and give you our first recommendations.

    3. Step 3

      Kick-off

Once the right programme is found, the work starts with a kick-off workshop.

    4. Step 4

      Drafting

We lead the writing and you supply the company and technology detail. We review together until we are both happy to submit.

    5. Step 5

      Submission

We prepare the submission. You sign it off before anything is sent.

    6. Step 6

      Interview, where there is one

Where the programme includes an interview, we prepare you with mock interviews, detailed feedback and practice questions for the Q&A.

    7. Step 7

If it does not get funded

We analyse the evaluator feedback with you, make a game plan, and resubmit.

    03 Questions we get asked

How do you decide whether the call is worth applying to?

We read the call against your company and your project before any writing starts, and we tell you what we think your chances are.

If we do not believe there is a case to win, we say so, and we help you look for a call where your company is in a stronger position. Turning the work down costs you nothing and it is the cheapest moment for both of us to find out.

How much of the proposal do you write?

Up to 80% of the writing and document work, following your vision and your project concept. We draft excellence, impact and implementation, build the budget and the work plan, and prepare the annexes and the portal forms.

The parts only you can supply stay with you: the technology, the science and the numbers. Nothing is submitted without your sign off.

What do you need from us?

The details of your technology and the technical work you envisage, your company vision and track record, your method and your results, and your last accounts with a forward plan.

Where the call requires them, letters of support or partner commitments. Then your comments on our drafts, and the final sign off.

What if the call needs partners?

We help you find them and coordinate the consortium, including the budget split and the partner signatures.

If partners are the only thing you are missing and the writing is already covered, Consortium Building is a separate engagement on its own.

What happens if the proposal does not win?

We go through the evaluator feedback with you, agree what has to change, and plan the resubmission.

A scored evaluation tells you more about what the call is looking for than anything you had before you applied, so it is worth reading properly rather than filing.

    How do we start?

Tell us the call you are looking at and the deadline on it. Thirty minutes later you know whether it is worth writing, and what we would take on.
