What this scheme funds
This scheme gives Lombardy businesses, non-profits and self-employed professionals training vouchers to upskill their workers. Each worker can access up to €2,000/year in training courses chosen from a regional catalogue, and each company can spend up to €50,000/year across its staff. It aims to support digitalisation, green transition, internationalisation and workforce reskilling.
