What this scheme funds
This Lombardy regional grant funds SMEs to develop employee and entrepreneur skills for innovation, digitalisation and sustainability. It covers internal training programmes and hiring qualified staff via apprenticeship/research pathways. Grants are non-repayable and cover up to 80% of eligible costs like personnel, services, patents and licenses, and overheads.
