What this scheme funds
This scheme provides funds to credit guarantee consortia (confidi) operating in Sardinia so they can offer guarantees and repayable financing to local small businesses and professionals. The aim is to make it easier for Sardinian micro, small and medium enterprises to access credit for investments, working capital, or starting/growing a business. It does not cover agricultural sector guarantee consortia.
