    What this call funds

This call funds projects that develop and test biotechnology solutions, especially ones using soil microbiome science, to clean up polluted soils and restore soil health. The goal is to get these solutions to market readiness so farmers can use them to reduce chemical inputs, boost crop yields and build resilience against climate and biodiversity pressures. It supports work like bioremediation of contaminated soils, improving soil carbon and structure, and building clear pathways to bring these innovations to market.
