What this scheme funds
This is a Dutch government loan scheme that helps companies finance the technical development of a new product, process or service, or the clinical development of a new medicine or medical device. It covers high-risk development costs that are hard to finance through banks, repayable if the project succeeds. Both SMEs and large companies can apply.
