What this scheme funds
This fund helps small and medium-sized businesses and self-employed professionals in Sardinia get easier access to credit. It works by topping up the risk/guarantee funds held by local credit guarantee consortia (Confidi), so these consortia can issue more loans and guarantees to local firms for startup costs, liquidity needs, or investments.
