What this scheme funds
This scheme gives cash grants to businesses and non-profits in Lazio (Italy) that hire trainees who completed a SALGO internship program. The grant is a lump-sum contribution ranging from 3,000 to 14,000 EUR per hire, covering general costs linked to the employment. Companies must hire the trainee within 3 months of the internship ending and request the incentive within 45 days of hiring.
