What this scheme funds
This scheme funds Veneto-based businesses that want to produce and use green hydrogen for their own operations, including converting existing hydrogen plants from non-renewable to renewable sources. It covers renewable energy generation plants needed to make the hydrogen, plus storage and related equipment. Support is given as a mix of subsidized loans and non-repayable grants, aimed at accelerating the green energy transition in the region.
