What this scheme funds
This scheme provides loan guarantees (not direct cash) to help cultural, sports and social-economy organisations in Umbria access bank credit more easily. It covers costs like equipment, premises, raw materials, general expenses and services, with eligible spending between 5,000 and 20,000 EUR per project, backed by a total regional fund of 400,000 EUR.
