    What this scheme funds

This scheme provides mixed financing (a mostly zero/low-interest loan plus a smaller grant) to companies and research partners in Veneto whose research and innovation projects already passed technical evaluation (e.g. received a Seal of Excellence) under EU or national calls, but did not actually receive funding. It essentially rescues 'good but unfunded' projects by covering eligible costs between €500,000 and €2,000,000, with a total budget of €6 million available until funds run out.
