What this call funds
This call funds projects that test new governance, financing, and policy models to help EU Missions scale up across different territories. Rather than funding individual technologies, it supports place based approaches, like new ways local governments can coordinate funding, regulation, and partnerships to spread proven solutions more widely. The goal is to produce tested, replicable models that other regions and future EU funding programmes can adopt.
