What this call funds
This call funds a large research project to build advanced neutral atom quantum computing and simulation platforms in Europe, aiming for systems with thousands of qubits accessible via the cloud. It wants working demonstrations of real world applications in fields like energy, health, materials science or chemistry that beat classical computing methods. The project should also deliver the software stack, error correction techniques, and supply chain components needed to make these quantum processors usable and scalable.
