Strengthening the remembrance of LGBTIQ+ victims and other victims
European Remembrance - 2026 · CERV-LS
What this call funds
This call funds projects that preserve and raise awareness of the memory of LGBTIQ+ people and other overlooked groups persecuted during the Holocaust, genocides, war crimes and crimes against humanity in 20th century Europe. It supports education, training, artistic and digital memory projects that counter historical denial and distortion while fostering democratic resilience. Projects should not focus on Jewish Holocaust victims or Roma victims, as these are covered by other priorities.
civil society democracy · education skills · social innovation · justice rights · gender equality
Who wins this
This suits civil society organisations, educational institutions or memory and heritage bodies that want to create educational, artistic or digital projects documenting the persecution of LGBTIQ+ people and other marginalised groups in European history.
