    What this call funds

This call funds research and innovation projects that use digital tools, gamification and emerging technologies like AI and virtual reality to engage young people in disaster preparedness, response and recovery. Projects should develop educational programs, pilot practical solutions and build stronger community resilience by involving children, youth and vulnerable groups in decision making before, during and after disasters. The expected result is more inclusive, youth driven approaches to crisis management that can be adopted by authorities and the wider resilience community.
