    What this call funds

This call funds research projects that build better air quality models, combining regional, city and street level scales with time of day and seasonal variation. The goal is to give public authorities and the EU better tools to plan air quality measures, warn citizens about pollution peaks, and protect public health, especially for vulnerable groups. Two projects are expected to be funded, each developing modelling chains that start from early stage research and reach a validated prototype by the end of the project.
