    What this call funds

This call funds groups of public healthcare procurers who want to jointly buy research and development of new affordable cancer technologies, medical devices or medicines before they exist on the market. It does not pay companies or researchers directly. Instead, it funds procurers to run competitive R&D procurement that lets suppliers compete to build solutions that are then clinically validated across several countries.
