    What this call funds

This call funds coordination and support actions that build talent ecosystems, networks of universities, research institutes and companies that work together to make early career researcher jobs more attractive and sustainable. Projects should implement organisational changes aligned with the European Charter for Researchers, create training and mentoring programmes tailored to labour market needs, and connect researchers across sectors and countries. It does not pay for individual researcher salaries or mobility grants, only for the ecosystem building activities themselves.
