What this call funds
This call gives small, fast grants of up to 10,000 euros to Bulgarian civil society organisations that face a sudden crisis, attack, or urgent opportunity, such as emergency security needs, organisational threats, or time sensitive advocacy. Projects can last up to 12 months and applications are accepted on a rolling basis until March 2028 or until the budget runs out. It is meant to help grassroots and underfunded groups react quickly rather than wait for a scheduled funding round.
